  • The Editorial Board comprises experts in the fields of Social Sciences, Arts & Design, Human Sciences, and Gender Studies.
  • Board members are responsible for overseeing the journal’s content, ensuring the quality and integrity of published research, and making final decisions on manuscript acceptance.

1.2 Editor-in-Chief:

  • The Editor-in-Chief provides overall leadership and direction for the journal, including setting editorial policies and strategic goals.
  • The Editor-in-Chief also has the final say on manuscript decisions, based on recommendations from the editorial team and peer reviewers.

1.3 Associate Editors:

  • Associate Editors manage the peer review process for assigned manuscripts, coordinate with reviewers, and make recommendations based on review outcomes.
  • They ensure that all submissions are handled efficiently and fairly.

1.4 Reviewers:

  • Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and are responsible for providing an objective and constructive evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
  • They must adhere to the confidentiality and ethical guidelines outlined in the peer review policy.
  1. Manuscript Handling

2.1 Submission and Review:

  • Manuscripts are assessed for relevance, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines during the initial review.
  • Suitable manuscripts are sent for double-blind peer review, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

2.2 Decision Making:

  • Manuscripts and all related correspondence are treated as confidential. Information about submitted manuscripts is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
